摘要
以基本公共体育服务均等化概念确立着手,从社会理念和政策理念两个方面对基本公共体育服务均等化理念的确立进行了阐述。通过对基本公共服务均等化的财政均等化和服务均等化模式进行比较,提出最低公平模式是目前实现我国基本公共体育服务均等化的适宜模式。
Based on the conception of basic sports public services equalization, the concept of basic sports public services equalization were discussed from two aspects as social philosophy and policy ideas. Compared the basic public services equalization model of finance equalization and service equalization, the fair model of basic sports services equalization was the appropriate choice according to the development of ecenemy, society and sports in China.
