摘要
高校体育教师学习是教师职业发展的内在动力。高校体育教师学习从最初的"师范教育"、"教师教育"、"在职培训"到现今的"教师学习",其专业发展的内涵不断产生变化。在系统梳理学习与教师学习内涵的基础上对高校体育教师学习的内涵进行界定,进而依据学习的主要特征探讨体育教师学习的外显特征,并对未来高校体育教师学习的发展趋势进行描述。
Learning of college PE teachers is the inner motive power of teachers' professional development。Physical education teachers in colleges and universities to learn from the initial"normal education"、"teacher education"、"on-the-job training"to "teacher learning"the connotation of the professional development produce change ceaselessly.In systematic learning and teacher learning connotation of college sports on the basis of the connotation of teachers' learning,and then on the basis of learning the main characteristics of the study the explicit feature of PE teachers' learning,and learning of college PE teachers in the future development trends are described.
