摘要 运用案例进行法学教学,是由警察职业化教育的特点所决定的。案例教学的手段与方法可以弥补传统法学教学的缺陷,较好地体现理论与实际相结合的教学原则,适合警察法学课程的教学要求。警察法学案例教学用符合教学规律和实战需求的方法激发学员的学习兴趣,教师起到组织和引导的作用,学员自主深入案例情境,以合作学习的方式组织开展,促使学员掌握法律理论知识、增强法律意识和法治观念并提高解决问题的实战能力,培养其成为适应时代需求的人民警察。 Teaching the science of law with the aids of cases is determined by the police professional education.Case teaching methods or approaches can remedy the defects of traditional teaching approach,display the teaching principle of combining theory with practice and meet the requirements of police law science.Teaching the science of law with aids of cases uses the methods which satisfy needs of law teaching and real combat can arouse students’ interests in learning and stimulate teachers to play organizational and guidance roles,immerse students in the real situation,help them learn in cooperative way,master legal knowledge,improve legal awareness,law-governance concept and problem-solving and combat ability so as to cultivate the people’s police who can keep the pace with the times.
