西北地区图书馆阅读推广具有双重意义。通过对机遇与挑战的全面分析,提出了机遇挑战并重、中央地方协调、拓展推广范围、阅读材料甄选、多方资金筹措、形式内容兼顾、改变阅读观念、面向所有阶层等8点策略。

Library reading promotion in Northwest China has dual significance. Through thorough analysis of opportunity and challenge, the article puts forward eight pieces of measures, including opportunity equals to challenge, the central department coordinates with local departments; reading promotion should be developed; reading materials should be chosen carefully;financing could be got from different chanels ;forms and content should be considered at the same time;reading concepts should be changed and reading promotion should face all sectors.
