摘要
从青番茄成功运作原因及存在的不足角度出发对青番茄进行研究,发现青番茄具有免费送书上门服务、不断增多的竞争范围及每日百万点击量的网站平台等竞争优势。这些优势来源于青番茄的精准市场定位及以市场营销为导向的策略,并提出我国传统图书馆应寻找自己的最佳位置及改变服务意识且加强与其他图书馆合作等途径提高竞争优势。
The thesis analyzes Qingfanqie from the point of competitive advantage. Qingfanqie has three competitive advantages, such as sending book for free, wider the range of competition and website platform with million clicks per day, which are from accurate position and market oriented strategy. The libraries should find sweet spot, change service consciousness and enhance cooperation with other libraries to improve competitive advantage.
