摘要
介绍了杭州市弄口大酒店地下室基坑支护工程实例,该工程为三层地下室,基坑大面积开挖深度基本达到13.3 m,地处浙江杭州主城区,为典型的钱塘江冲积平原地貌。本工程综合考虑土质、环境及用地红线等问题,基坑支护采用上部土钉,下部二道内支撑,同时结合深井降水的设计思路,取得了良好的技术经济效益,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。
An instance of the basement's bracing of foundation pit of Hangzhou Nonkou hotel was descried in this article.The engineering is three layers basement,whose general excavation depth is 13.3 meters,it is located in the core district of Hangzhou,and it is the typical alluvial plain landscape of Qiantang River.The soil quality,environmental and land red line were taken into account in this engineering,a design concept of the upper portion of the foundation pit using soil nail,the underpants using two braced cuts in combination with the deep well for dewatering was adopted,which had obtained good technical and economic benefits,and could be reference for similar engineering.
