摘要
在基于参考温度的二次测量法数学模型的基础上,提出了无需假设光谱发射率模型的可见-红外多光谱辐射测温迭代递推算法,并对4种发射率假设模型进行了仿真计算。结果表明:新算法的温度绝对误差小于20 K,发射率趋势也与假设模型的发射率趋势吻合较好。进一步完善了可见-红外多光谱辐射测温理论。
A new iterative algorithm for VIS-IR multi-spectral thermometry is proposed, which has no need to assume the spectral emissivity on the basis of the mathematical model of the secondary measurement method. Four kinds of emissivity assumption model are carded on by the simulation calculation. The simulation results show that the absolute error is within 20K. And the inversion curves of the spectral emissivity are in good agreement with the setting curve of spectral emissivity in the two different cases. The improved novel algorithm moves forward a single step for VIS-IR multi-spectral thermometry.
