摘要:在硫酸介质中,四溴双酚A对Fenton反应产生的羟基自由基氧化结晶紫的反应具有抑制作用,据此建立了分光光度法测定四溴双酚A含量的新方法。探讨不同酸介质、硫酸用量、结晶紫浓度、H2O2浓度、反应时间和反应温度等因素对反应体系的影响。在选定实验条件下,方法的线性回归方程为:△A=0.0027+22732c,相关系数r2=0.9931,线性范围:0.004~0.032μg/mL,检出限为3.7×10^-7μg/mL。将方法应用于实际样品的测定,加标实验回收率为86%~108%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.3%~5.1%。该方法简便快速,结果令人满意。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace tetrabromobisphenol A(TBB- PA) was established based on inhibitory effect of TBBPA on the oxidation of crystal violet with peroxyl radical produced from Fenton reaction in sulfuric acid medium. The effects of diverse acidls, concentration of sulfuric acid, FeSO4, crystal violet and hydrogen peroxide, reaction time and temperature were explored. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the linear regression equation was &A = 0. 0027±22732c in the range of 0. 004-0.032 μg/mL with a relative coefficient of 0. 9931 and a detection limit of 3.7 ×10-7 μg/mL. This proposed method was applied to actual samples satisfactorily with the recovery of 86%-108% and the relative standard deviations of 4.3%-5.1%. The method is simple and fast.
