摘要:基于药物和显色剂之间荷移反应,建立了一种对富马酸比索洛尔含量检测的分光光度法。在水介质中,富马酸比索洛尔与茜素红在室温中放置15rain后形成1:1型荷移配合物,其λmax为535nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.76×10^3L/(moi·cm),线性范围为10~100mg/L,线性回归方程为A=0.085+0.00712c,相关系数r一0.99904,相对标准偏差RSD为0.449/6(n=6)。将该方法用于富马酸比索洛尔片含量的测定,回收率为在98.3%~102.6%之间。
Based on the charge transfer reaction between arug anu method for the determination of bisoprofolfumarat was developed. Bisoprofolfumarat can react with aliza- rin red to form 1 ~ 1 complex after being placed for 15 minutes in room temperature,which gives a maxi- mum absorption peak at 535μm. The molar absorptivity of the complex was 6.76× 103/(mol · cm) the linear range was 10-100mg/L, and the linear equation was A 0.085 +0. 00712c, with r=0. 99904. the RSD was 0.44% (n=6). When it was applied for the determination of bisoprofolfumarat tablets,the re- coveries were between 98.3%-102.60%.
