摘要
合成了新单体对氨基苯甲酰哌嗪,以它为水相单体,均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为油相单体,界面聚合法制备了复合纳滤膜。通过单体浓度对膜分离性能的影响,确定对氨基苯甲酰哌嗪的最佳浓度为1%,TMC的最佳浓度为0.25%。复合膜对Na2SO4的脱盐率可达97.5%,具有较好的脱盐性能。
A new monomer, 4-aminobenzoylpiperazine, was synthesized from 4-aminobenzoic acid and 1- formyl piperazine. The structure was identified by FT-IR and 1 H NMR spectroscopy. The resulting 4-ami- nobenzoylpiperazine was used as an aqueous monomer to fabricate a thin film on porous polyethersulfone (PES) ultrafiltration membranes by interracial polymerization with trimesoyl chloride (TMC) as organic monomer. The influence of monomer concentration on membrane performance was studied. The optimal concentrations of the monomers were 4-aminobenzoylpiperazine 1% and TMC 0.25 %. The salt rejection of prepared composite nanofiltration membranes for Na2SO4 was 97.5%.
