摘要
亭子口水利枢纽由大坝、通航建筑物、电站厂房和引水建筑物等组成。大坝建筑采用碾压混凝土与常态混凝土相结合的方式,坝顶全长995.4 m,最大坝高116 m,混凝土浇筑总量446.1万m3。大坝坝体结构复杂、混凝土施工强度高,施工时受施工场地、分期导流及度汛影响较大。根据坝址地形条件、坝体结构特点及导流度汛要求,为便于大坝快速施工,通过方案比选,大坝下部碾压混凝土采用自卸汽车入仓为主,上部常态混凝土采用缆机入仓的方案。工程实践证明,这种综合布置方案对保证混凝土施工质量及快速施工是十分有效的,对类似工程有一定借鉴意义。
Tingzikou Hydro-complex,with 995.4m long dam crest and a dam height of 116 m,is consisted of dam,navigation structures,power house and water division structures.With a total concrete placement amount of 4 461 thousand m3,the combination of roller compacted concrete and normal concrete is applied in the dam construction.Restricted by complex structure of dam body,the concrete construction intensity is high and the construction is highly affected by construction site,stage diversion and safety requirement during flood-period.According to the terrain condition,structural features of dam body and demand for diversion in flood period,through comparison,the dump truck was adopted for the placement of roller compacted concrete in the lower part of the dam and the cable crane was used for the placement of normal concrete in the upper part,so as to speed up the construction.The engineering practice shows that the scheme can ensure the construction quality of the concrete and quick construction.
