摘要
研究了以导电陶瓷粉制备的过电流保护元件的室温电阻、PTC特性、耐电流和环境性能。过电流保护元件的电阻随TiC的粒径增加出现先减小后增加的趋势;在相同的TiC的体积分数下,TiC的粒径越小,过电流保护元件的PTC强度越低;TiC体积分数较低时的PTC强度比TiC体积分数较高时大;不同粒径TiC制备的过电流保护元件耐电流冲击后电阻的增加程度随粒径的增加是先减小后增加。以导电陶瓷粉制备的过电流保护元件具有良好的耐高温高湿和高低温冲击性能。
The room temperature resistor, PTC characteristic, trip cycle and environment performance of over current protection component prepared by conductive ceramic powder are investigated. The resistor of over current protection component decreases with the increasing particle size, and then increases. Under the same volume fraction of TiC, the PTC intensity of over current protection component prepared by smaller particle size is weaker. The PTC intensity of over current protection component with lower TiC content is higher. After trip cycle test of the component prepared by different particle size, the increasing level of the resistor decreases first, and then increases with the increasing particle size. The over current protection components prepared by conductive ceramic powder have excellent environment performance.
