摘要 介绍新建的300 kt/a磷酸二铵(DAP)装置生产工艺的优化选择,关键工艺的技术特点和先进性,以及装置投产后的实际运行情况。目前,装置运行周期在30 d左右,装置平均开工率95%,达到国内先进水平。 An account of optimization selection of production processes of the newly built DAP plant with an annual capacity of 300 kt/a is given, its key technical features and advantages are presented, and the actual operating state after putting into operation is described. The operating period of the plant is about 30 days with an average rate of 95% at present, achieves the domestic advanced level.
