摘要
对Shell粉煤气化装置中煤气冷却器的积灰问题进行了探讨,并介绍了解决积灰问题的措施。通过采用配煤技术、改造煤气冷却器过热段吹灰器、新增1台能力较大的激冷气压缩机等措施后,基本上解决了制约气化装置的积灰问题,实现了高负荷下的长周期运行。
An inquiry is made into the problem of ash accumulation in the coal gas cooler after the Shell pulverized coal gasifier, and measures are described for the solution of the problem of ash accumulation. The problem of ash accumulation that constrains the gasifier is basically solved by the use of coal blending, reform of the soot blower of the superheat section of the coal gas cooler, and new addition of one large capacity quench gas compressor, resulting in long-period operation under high load.
