摘要 Sonogashira偶联反应是形成新的C—C键及炔基化的最有效方法之一,金属催化剂在其中起着重要的催化作用。综述了近年来Sonogashira偶联反应中新发展起来的过渡金属催化剂,重点介绍了新型钯类催化剂在绿色化中的应用,以及其它过渡金属催化剂在Sonogashira偶联反应中的应用。指出Pd/C催化剂有望成为Sonogashira反应工业化应用的生力军,并且,水的存在、合适的催化体系以及碱体系等反应条件的选择对改善反应的环境亲和性具有重要意义。 Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction is one of the most important reactions of forming new C—C bond and alkynylation,and metal catalysts play an important role.In this paper the application of various transition metals as catalyst in the Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction is reviewed.Meanwhile,the application of palladium catalysts in green Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction and other transition metal catalysts in Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction are introduced.Pd/C catalyst may be a new candidate in the industrial application of Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction,and water,suitable catalyst system and alkaline system play an essential role in improving environmental compatibility.
