茶多酚的心肌保护作用与HSP70关系的研究

目的:研究茶多酚对大鼠离体心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用。方法:将32只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为四组:假手术组(SHAM组)、缺血再灌注组(I/R组)、缺血后处理组(IPO)、茶多酚后处理组(TP组)。观察茶多酚对缺血再灌注后血液中肌酸激酶(CK)和过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的影响。ELISA法测定HSP70含量。结果:I/R组、IPO组和TP组的CK含量明显高于SHAM组(P<0.05),同时SHAM组、IPO组和TP组的SOD含量明显高于I/R组(P<0.05),表明I/R组的心肌损伤相对严重。四组间HSP70含量的差异均有统计学意义。结论:茶多酚可能通过HSP70对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤产生保护作用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Tea polyphenols on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury of rat hearts.Menthods：32 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups：sham-operation group（SHAM group）,ischemia-reperfusion group（I/R group）,ischemic postconditioning group（IPO group） and tea polyphenols postconditioning group（TP group）.Then to analysis the impact of Tea polyphenols on CK and SOD after myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury of rats.Results：Content of CK was higher in I/R group,IPO group and TP group than that in SHAM group（P0.05）,moreover content of SOD was higher in SHAM group,IPO group and TP group than that in I/R group（P0.05）.This showed that the myocardial damage was comparatively serious in I/R group.There was a significant difference of content of HSP70 among four groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Tea polyphenols may have protected impact to myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury of rats through HSP70.
