大学生社会价值取向与人格特征对谈判情境影响的实验研究

An Experimental Study about the Effect of Undergraduates' Social Value Orientation and Personality Characteristics on Negotiation Context

摘要 通过实验表明,准备谈判的大学生采用证实而不是证伪的方法检验其对对方人格特征的判断;当缺乏对方人格信息时,大学生由其自身的社会价值取向来形成和检验关于对方人格特征的预期。与错误一致假设相符,对对方人格毫不知情的自私的大学生谈判者询问更多关于对方竞争意图的问题,亲社会的大学生询问更多关于对方合作意图的问题;自私的和亲社会的大学生都采用验证性的信息搜索策略。
