摘要
伴随着中国社会管理模式的历史性转型,社区和社区工作者已经成为我国社会建设和社会管理的主战场和主力军。目前社区工作者队伍存在着编制数量少、专业素质能力不高、待遇偏低、队伍流动性大等问题。需要从理念、选人和用人渠道、能力培养,以及激励机制等方面,加强社区工作者队伍建设。
Community and community workers have become the main battlefield and the main force in Chinese social construction and social management along with the historical transformation of social management mode in China.It is not only an urgent problem needed to be solved for the strengthening of community construction,but also a major strategic proposition for the building of a harmonious society and the long-term development of Chinese socialist cause to build a community cadres′ team that is politically reliable,trusted by the masses,and with excellent quality and effectiveness.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the team construction of community workers and puts forward some specific suggestions based on the research on the team construction of community workers in Chaoyang District of Beijing City.
