我国农民公民意识的缺失及网络化培育

The Dearth of Farmers′ Obligation Awareness and the E-based Education for Them

受到历史和现实因素的影响,我国农民存在着权利意识不均衡、民主意识不清晰、法治意识不深刻、公德意识不牢固等意识缺憾,影响到了我国农村的现代化进程。在网络向农村广泛普及的历史阶段,应该借助网络加强针对农民的公民意识教育,推动农民参与现代社会的实践,进而培育我国农民的公民意识。

Influenced by both historical and realistic factors,farmers,in China,are commonly weak in their awareness of rights,of democracy,of legal principles and of public morals,and it is this actual situation that hinders the modernization of rural areas in China.Therefore,in the particular historic stage when the knowledge of network is being popularized and disseminated to the large area of countryside,it is urgent to improve the education of civic awareness for farmers by means of network so as to push them to participate in the building of a modern society and in turn to cultivate their awareness of the obligations of a citizen.
