后凸成形术在老年骨质疏松脊柱骨折中的应用

The Application of Kyphoplasty for Aged Osteoporotic Spinal Fractures

目的探讨后凸成形术(KP)在老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的治疗效果,评价其临床应用价值。方法选取2011年2月～2012年12月期间在我院骨科诊治的老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者共26例,均采用KP方式进行治疗,观察治疗前后患者的疼痛评分、生活能力等临床指标,并对这些指标进行比较分析。结果术后患者在疼痛评分、生活能力评分方面与术前相比,均有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后患者均未合并并发症。结论后凸成形术治疗老年性骨质疏松性脊柱骨折具有很好的缓解疼痛的作用,有利于改善患者术后活动能力,在临床上具有较大的应用价值。

Objective To investigate effect of the treatment in the kyphoplasty（KP） for osteoporotic spinal fractures,and to evaluate its clinical value.Method 26 cases of patients with osteoporotic spine fractures from February 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were selected,they were all taken the KP way for treatment.Before and after the treatment,the patient’s pain scores,life skills and other clinical indicators were observed,and then,these indicators were taken a comparative analysis.Results Postoperative pain scores,the ability to live scoring aspects were preoperative significantly improved.There was a statistically significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）,and none of the patients had the merger complications.Conclusion Kyphoplasty in the treatment the senile osteoporotic vertebral fractures with good pain relief,improved patients’ability.It has a great practical value in clinical.
