摘要 以氢氧化钠(NaOH)作为降解剂、乙醇作为改性剂,制备环保无毒、常温呈液态的改性骨胶胶粘剂;然后以黏度和凝固点作为考核指标,采用单因素试验法优选出制备改性骨胶胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:制备改性骨胶胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件是m(水)∶m(干骨胶)=1.2∶1,m(NaOH)=0.8 g,碱解温度为60℃,碱解时间为100 min,V(乙醇)=2 mL;传统骨胶经碱解、乙醇改性后,相应的改性骨胶胶粘剂具有凝固点(0℃)较低、常温呈液态、黏度(1.6 Pa.s)较高、粘接性能(剪切强度为5.88 MPa)良好、适用期(90 d)较长和耐水性(接触角为84.95°)较佳等诸多优点,并且其环保无毒、热稳定性良好。 With sodium hydroxide (NaOH) as a degradation agent, ethanol as a modifier, an environment- friendly and non-toxic modified bone glue adhesive with liquid at room temperature was prepared. Then,with viscosity and freezing point as evaluation indexes, the optimal process conditions of preparing modified bone glue adhesive Were preferred by single factor-experiment. The research results showed that the optimal process conditions of preparing modified bone glue adhesive were obtained when mass ratio of m (water):m(dry bone glue) was 1.2:1 ,mass of NaOH was 0.8 g,alkaline hydrolysis temperatures and time were 60 ~C and 100 min respectively, Volume of ethanol was 2 mL. The corresponding modified bone glue adhesive with liquid at room temperature had lower freezing point (0 ~C ), higher viscosity ( 1.6 Pa. s), good bonding property (shear strength at 5.88 MPa), longer working life (90 d), better water resistance (contact angle at 84.95%) and many other advantages, and the environment-friendly and non-toxic modified bone glue adhesive had the good thermal stability when the traditional bone glue was treated by alkaline hydrolysis and was modified by ethanol.
