摘要
上层建筑强度分析是自升式平台基本结构设计与分析过程中一项重要内容。针对正常作业和迁移两种工况,在SACS软件和ABAQUS软件中建立简化梁模型和详细板壳模型对烟台中集来福士某自升式平台的上层建筑进行强度分析和比较,结果表明两者校核结果趋势相同。SACS软件简化梁模型可快速评估整体结构强度,方便快捷地实现基本结构设计优化与改善;需要详细的局部强度分析和加强时,则优选ABAQUS软件的详细板壳结构。分析结果可为同类型的板架结构强度分析提供借鉴,为上层建筑结构设计和优化提供技术依据。
Strength analysis of superstructure is an important content in fundamental structural design and analysis process of an elevating platform. The superstructure of the elevating platform from Yantai CIMC Raffles is analyzed and compared by SACS software with simple beam model and ABAQUS software with detailed shell model. It shows that the results obtained by the two methods show the same trend. SACS softwares with simple beam model can assess the global structural strength rapidly,and realize the optimization and improvement of fundamental structural design continently and quickly. ABAQUS software with detailed shell model is selected due to the demand of detailed analysis and enhancement of the local strength. The results provide reference for the structural strength analysis of similar grillage structure, and technical support for structural design and optimization of the superstructure.
