摘要
介绍了一种基于高分子耐火绝缘体的耐高温舰船耐火电缆的研制。该低碳高分子复合耐火绝缘体组成的耐火绝缘层在未遭到火焰烧蚀或环境温度低于280℃时,是很柔顺的热固性弹性体;在火焰烧蚀或环境温度高于500℃后,即被高温催化成类似电工陶瓷状的固体耐火绝缘层,其耐受高温达1 500℃以上、机械强度及电性能良好,完全符合现行标准要求,同时具备优异的耐火性能和一定的机械强度,能承受水喷淋和振动等恶劣工况。
This paper presents the research and development of fire-resistant cable of heat-resistant and fire resistant ship cable with macromolecule fire-resistant insulator. The fire-resistant insulating layer which is made up of low-carbon macromolecule composite fire-resistant insulator with low-carbon macromoleeule is soft thermosetting elastomer when flame ablation does not happen or ambient temperature is below 280℃. While when flame ablation occurs or ambient temperature is higher than 500℃,it will be catalysed into a solid fire-resistant insulation layer similar to electroceramics. It can withstand temperature higher than 1 500℃, and has strong mechanical strength and good electrical performance, which well satisfies the current standard requirements. At the same time, it has superior fire resistance and certain mechanical strength, and can withstand harsh conditions of water spray, vibration, etc.
