摘要
从云南边境口岸及载体城市经济发展问题出发,深入剖析了制约其发展的主要因素,并从边境口岸载体城市经济状况、基础设施、口岸规模及政治政策环境四个方面构建了边境口岸重要性评价指标体系,利用层次分析法及专家评分法,依据各边境口岸得分将边境口岸重要性分为核心、重要、一般三个层次,构建了主次分明、层次清晰、结构合理的云南边境口岸经济体系。
The factors limiting the economic development in Yunnan Border Crossings are analyzed based on the problems of economic development and carriers of the economic development. The evaluating system of the border crossings is constructed from the aspects of economic situation, infrastructure, port scale and poli- cy. The reasonable economic system in Yunnan Border Crossings is to be established through analysis hierar- chy process and expert＇ s scores and the countermeasures for the economic development are given as well.
