摘要
德才兼备最早起源于孔子的仁且智,延伸至现代毛泽东的又红又专;在理论上既包含德才兼备与以德为先,又包含群己和谐与集体优先;德才兼备在学术、文化、教育等领域都有很多表现、很多表达;做到德才兼备得到大家认可,违反德才兼备必遭唾弃。
To be equipped with virtue and talent is origining from the Confucius＇ Renqiezhi,extending to Chairman Mao＇ Youhongyouzhuan.In theroitical it includes Decaijianbei（equipped with virtue and talent） and virtue precedent,harmony with others and collective in prior.Decaijianbei have many manifestations and expressions.Following Decaijianbei can be approved by everybody while violating it can be criticized by people.
