现阶段中国产业结构优化升级的制约因素与升级方向分析

The Analysis of the Restraining Factors and Upgrading Orientation of Chinese Industrial Structure

当前中国处于经济社会发展的转轨时期,经济建设始终是兴国之要,加快转变经济发展方式是重点工作,产业结构优化升级是加快转变经济发展方式的主攻方向。本文分析了中国产业结构存在的问题;详细阐述了中国产业结构优化升级的制约因素及其影响,其中包括体制制约、生产要素价格不合理、自主创新能力低、产业投资效率与劳动生产率低、工业能耗水平不高、人力资本水平不高、企业利润空间受挤压等因素;最后指出中国产业结构优化升级的基本方向,提出产业结构优化升级的对策建议。

Currently,China is at the corner of economic sociology transition,economic development is the point of country building.It is important to pick up the speed of changing the way of economic development.Upgrading industrial structure is the main approach.Combing with the problems of Chinese industrial structure,this paper analyzes the restraining factors and their influence of upgrading industrial structure in detail,including the restraining of institution,the irrational of production factors,the weakness of independent innovation,the low efficiency of industrial investment and labor productivity,the unscientific of Industrial energy consumption,the low standard of human resource,the squeezing of profit ratio and so on.In the end of the essay,the orientation of upgrading industrial structure is indicated.In addition,countermeasure and suggestion are also included.
