This paper introduces the principle and the basic structure of the vacuum cleaning system with carbon bowl as filling material in the aluminum electrolysis pre-baked anode production process.Some notifications and the basic parameter selection methods in the design of vacuum cleaning system are analyzed;the common problems are illustrated and the corresponding solutions are put forward.It turns out that this system can solve the problem of carbon dust and improve the environment.It has value to promote this system.
