陕北黄土丘陵废弃油井区生态环境问题与对策研究

On the Ecological Environment Problems and Countermeasures of the Deserted Oil Wells in Shanbei Hilly Region

通过对陕北黄土丘陵区废弃油井进行实地调查分析,发现废弃油井区如果不采取一定的环境保护措施,将会引发一定的环境问题,从而影响到脆弱的陕北生态环境。在调查研究的基础上提出了对矿区进行生物修复植树种草、利用小水利工程措施收集地表径流污水进行集中处理、清除污染源、对石油开采企业征收生态环境恢复费用、废弃油井进行地热水源开发等措施。

The deserted oil wells in Shanbei hilly region have been investigated and the result shows it＇s essential to carry out some immediate measures to preserve the ecological environment in that area.Some countermeasures are put forward： planting trees and grass,building water conservancy project to collect the waste water and purify it,abolishing pollution source;tax on the enterprise of oil drilling with environment protection;develop geothermal water in deserted oil wells.These measures are in the hope of providing reference for the enviroment preservation.
