大理学院研究生培养机制改革的探索与实践

Reform Exploration and Practice of the Training Mechanism of Graduate Students in Dali University

大理学院在研究生培养机制改革方面做了积极的探索和实践。通过加强重点学科和学位点建设、研究生课程建设、研究生科研和实践能力训练、导师队伍建设,改革研究生教育管理体制、研究生招生制度、研究生培养模式和培养机制,建立研究生资助工作体系和研究生教育评估制度,促进了研究生教育质量的提高。但也还存在研究生生源数量不足、质量不高,研究生管理体制、培养模式和培养机制有待进一步改革,导师和研究生教育管理队伍建设有待进一步加强等问题。只有进一步深化研究生培养机制改革,才能更好地适应研究生教育的新要求,全面提高研究生培养质量。

Dali University has exploited and practiced the reform of training mechanism of the graduate students. By strengthening the construction of key disciplines, degree program and graduate courses, and the tutor＇s team, by enhancing the training of graduate students＂ academic and practice ability, by reforming the educational management mechanism, the enrollment system, and the training mode and mechanism of the graduate students, by setting the financial aid system and the educational evaluation system of the graduate students, the quality of graduate education is improved. Nevertheless, there are still some problems like the inadequate and unsatisfactory quality of the enrollment, less satisfied educational model and system, unfledged construction of tutor and educational management group. It is inevitable to deepen the reform of graduate educational system to meet the new demands of graduate education and improve the quality of graduate education.
