摘要
优化红薯叶中绿原酸的提取工艺.方法采用四因素三水平的Box-Behnken实验设计,利用响应面法对影响红薯叶中绿原酸提取的主要因素进行考察,以纯化水为溶剂,以绿原酸收率为响应值,建立相应的二项式数学模型优化提取工艺.结果最优工艺条件是提取时间为50min,提取液pH值为9.5,提取温度为80oC,料液比为1:8.结论Box-Behnken实验设计法可用于红薯叶中绿原酸提取工艺的优化,经优化的工艺稳定可行.
Purpose To optimize the extraction conditions for chlorogenic acid from Ipomoea batatas leaves.Methods The independent variables were investigated by using a four-factor,three-level Box-Behnken experimental design and response surface methodology.The response variable was extraction yield.The data were imitated using multi-linear equation and second-order polynomial equation.Results The optimized extraction conditions were as follows:the extraction time was 50min,the pH value of liquid was 9.5,the extraction temperature was 80o C and the solid to liquid ratio was 1:8.Deviation between observed and predicted values was small.Conclusions The Box-Behnken experimental design is suitable for optimizing the extraction technology for chlorogenic acid from Ipomoea batatas leaves.The optimized extraction conditions is stable and feasible.
