摘要
综述了脑梗死发生的原因和诊断治疗的研究进展.从无症状、外伤性、小儿外伤和进展性脑梗死等方面分析了发病的原因;利用CT或核磁共振等措施进行诊断;提出了药物、手术、高压氧疗、低温治疗、细胞移植等多种预防和治疗的方法,为延长脑梗死患者的生命提供了理论依据.
This article reviews the research progress occurring reasons and diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction.It analysis the causes of morbidity from the asymptomatic traumatic and the pediatric trauma and cerebral infarction.Using CT or MRI measures diagnoses it.It puts forward many prevent and therapeutic methods e.g the drug,operation,low temperature treatment,hyperbaric oxygen therapy,cell transplantation et al.It provided the theoretical basis to prolong the life of patients of cerebral infarction
