摘要
针对我国农村地区师资数量缺乏、质量低下的现状,国家相继出台了一系列积极政策予以解决,并取得显著成效。但随着时代的发展,农村教育环境不断变化,教育问题更加繁杂,表现为:支教队伍来源复杂,教学质量难以保证;服务时间短暂有限,服务效果难以连贯;政策形式单一固定,政策目标难以实现。农村支教政策在新形势下应有新的转向,必须进行由"数量"到"质量"、由"阶段性"到"长期性"、由"输血"到"造血"等时代性过渡。
Our country has produced series of positive strategies to solve the problems of the lack of teachers and the poor quality in coun- tryside. But, with the development of times, the education environment is changing, education problems become more and more complicated, it shows up as:the source of support education is complicated,so we can not ensure the quality of teaching;the time they supported is too brief and limited to ensure the effect consistent;tlie form of the policy is single and fixed,so the goal can not be easy come tree. So we must take new measures to promote rural education, which should be paid much more attention to quality rather than quantity. We should also pay attention to long - term policies rather than short - term policies, and focus on self- help rather than assistant policies.
