高职院校学生党员理想信念教育问卷调查研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过问卷调查,发现高职院校学生党员的理想信念教育存在的问题为:重视入党前的严格把关,但缺乏入党后的持续教育;思想政治理论课的主渠道作用明显,但课程感染力不强;教育形式丰富多样,但与社会现实联系不够;组织生活定期开展,但对学生党员个体成长关注不高。其原因主要为:高职院校的学制较短,限制了理想信念教育的深入开展;党务工作队伍不够壮大,制约了理想信念教育的质量提升;教育内容不够合理,影响了理想信念教育的针对性;学生党员主体作用发挥不够,个人理想与社会理想难以高度统一。改进路径为:遵循高职教育教学规律,拓展理想信念教育的载体与平台;强化党务工作队伍建设,确保理想信念教育的质量与效果;创新完善教育内容,增强理想信念教育的针对性与有效性;尊重学生党员主体地位,实现个人理想与社会理想的辩证统一;形成高校、社会与家庭三方教育合力,推动理想信念教育可持续发展。 Through the questionnaires, it's found that the problems of student Party members' ideal and belief in vocational colleges are: students are strict with themselves before joining the Party,but lack continuing education after joining it;the ideological and political course is effective as the main channd,but does not have a strong appeal;the course has diverse forms of education, but does not have a clase contact with social reality;the activities of the Party organization are regular, but it does not concern mere about the development of individual student Party member.The improved paths are: fonowing the law of hisher vocational education and expanding the carrier and platform of ideal and be- lief education;strengthening the construction of the Party and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of education;innovatlng and improving the content of education and enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of education; respecting the dominant position of student Party members and achieving the dialectical unity of their goals and social ideals; uuiting the "tripartite" education into one and promoting the sttstainable de- velopment of ideal and belief education.
