摘要
0-3岁早教师资专业发展存在的问题有:幼儿园教师摇身变成早教机构教师,育婴师直接成为早教机构教师,早教机构缺乏统一的教师准入标准,在职教师缺乏专业成长的环境。主要原因是:职前培养滞后,制约早教发展;职后培训杂乱,效果难如人意;政府投入不足,工作举步维艰。早教师资培养建议为:提供0-3岁婴幼儿早教专项经费,制定0-3岁婴幼儿早教机构教师的职业资格准入标准,建立0-3岁婴幼儿早教机构教师职前培养体系,探索0-3岁婴幼儿早教机构教师职后培养渠道。
Problems existing in the teachers' professional development for 0 - 3- year- old infants are: kindergarten teachers suddenly become teachers of early education institutions; nursery teachers directly become the teachers of early education institutions; early education in- stitutions lack a unified access standards;in- service teachers lack the envimmnent for professional development. The main reasons are:the lag- ging of pre- service cultivation constraints the development of early childhood;the mess of post- job training leads to an unsatisfactory results; the lack of govemmental investment makes the work difficult. The suggestions for the training of early education teachers are as follows: provide special funds for 0 - 3 - year- old early education; develop access standards of professional qualification of of 0 -3 - year- old infant teachers in early education institutions; establish the training system of pre- service teachers for 0 -3 - year- old infants in the early education instltut- ions;explore the training channels for 0 -3- year- old infants in the early education institutions.
