摘要
我国高等教育在发展过程中出现了许多问题,形成了高等教育滞胀现象。高等教育滞胀程度即高等教育滞胀率,主要通过高等教育效益、效率、质量和机制等四个维度的负面问题程度来测度,并根据四个维度各自的特点,建立了高等教育滞胀测度的各维度指标体系,进而构建高等教育滞胀率测度模型以及高等教育滞胀预警指数。最后,以中国31个省份自治区为研究对象,应用统计年鉴数据,得到了中国各省市的高等教育滞涨率及其所处的预警区位。结果表明,我国暂时没有省份出现教育滞胀,但大多省份都处于橙色预警阶段,说明我国高等教育运行已出现明显的问题需要解决。
With higher education development in China,a lot of problems appeared in higher education, and these illustrate the higher education stagflation phenomenon.The level of higher education stagflation is to say stagflation rate, mainly adopt the evaluation of four respects such as the higher education effectiveness, efficiency, quality and mechanism, and according to the characteristics of the four dimensions to construct index system of higher education stagflation measure, and then set up the higher education stagflation rate integrated model to earn the higher education stagflation rate to use early warning index. As the research object, analyses higher education problems of 31 provinces about four dimensions in China, then reached education stagflation rate of each provinces. The results show that no provinces appear educational stagflati China, but most of the provinces are in the orange signal warning stage, showed that higher education development appear obvious problems and need to be solved urgently.
