摘要
钣金件装配尺寸精度影响其外观、密封及疲劳强度等性能,故很多高精度钣金件采用多工位装配工艺。在建立钣金件多工位装配尺寸误差传播模型的基础上,详细分析了钣金件完全定位、过定位和释放回弹阶段产生的装配尺寸误差,采用状态空间法建立了多工位钣金件装配尺寸误差模型。最后,用MATLAB和FEM仿真了某飞机壁板样件两工位装配尺寸误差,进一步分析了装配尺寸误差传播规律,减小了钣金件装配尺寸误差。
The dimensional precision of SMS, which was usually assemblied in the multistage process, determined its appearance, airproof and fatigue performance. Based on the multistage trans- mitting model of dimensional errors of SMS, this paper detailedly analyzed the dimensional errors of SMS in locating phase,over--locating phase and springback phase, and a state space model of dimen- sional errors of multistage assemblies about SMS was erected. Finally, this paper simulated their di- mensional errors of aeroplane wainscot subassembly sample by MATLAB and FEM, and furthermore analyzed transmitting law of assembly dimensional errors. It is of vital help to reduce dimensional er- rors of SMS.
