新型城镇化和城乡一体化是解决"三农"问题的根本途径,是全面建成小康社会的必由之路,也是经济社会进入新阶段的重要标志。新型城镇化与城乡一体化具有关联性,新型城镇化是城乡一体化的核心内容和关键环节。实现城乡一体化需要解决四个难题:一是破除城乡二元户籍制度;二是缩小城乡收入差距;三是实现城乡金融资源的均衡配置;四是确立农民的主体地位和平等权利。只有促进城乡的深度融合,才能使它们良性互动,协调发展。

Rural-urban integration and new-type urbanization is the fundamental way to solve the ＂three rural＂ issue, it is the key to the construction of well-off society, and it is also an important symbol of China＇s economic and social development entering a new stage. New-type urbanization is relevant to rural-urban integration and new-type urbanization is the core and key of the rural-urban integration. Four problems need to be addressed to achieve the rural-urban integration： Firstly, to get rid of the dual household registration system; Secondly, to narrow the income gap; Thirdly, to balance the allocation of financial resources; Fourthly, establish the dominant position and equal rights of farmers. Only promoting deep integration of urban and rural areas can make them positive interaction and coordinated development.
