摘要
业务流程重组是企业绩效获得巨大改善的关键1,但重组没有固定的模式.面向目标的业务流程重组分析和建模策略通过结合现有的信息系统建模技术,定义企业流程的各类目标及其依赖关系,从而帮助企业发现关键问题之所在并成功实现重组,它可在现有信息系统模型的基础上直接实现,并解决了现有信息系统模型无法反映企业行为因果关系的缺点.
： In this paper,we present a goal－oriented analysis and modeling techniques which addresses and remedy the deficiencies of the traditional modeling methods.It reflects the enterprise business process activities＇ motives,objectives,and reasons through the goal logistics model and help to find the innovative ways for reengineering.It does not depend on special software platform for its operation and can be realized using the existing system．
