摘要
创业者人数少、创业成功率低是当前大学生创业面临的主要问题,传统观念的禁锢、对创业过程的不了解加上创业教育的滞后是导致这些问题的重要原因。创业隐性知识学习是提升大学生创业能力的有效途径之一,却并未被纳入创业教育体系之中,成为一个被忽视的角落。本文在分析创业隐性知识的内涵和特征的基础上提出大学生创业隐性知识学习的主要途径和方法,即案例教学、师徒式传授、组建创业学习共同体。
Fewer start-up and lower success rate are the main problems the college students entre- preneurs ]are facing now. The bound of the traditional concepts, no acquaintance with the entrepre- neurial process and the lag of entrepreneurship education are the important reasons lead to these problems. Entrepreneurship tacit knowledge learning is one of the effective ways to improve undergraduates' entrepreneurial ability, but it has not been involved into the system of entrepreneur- ship education. Based on the analysis of definition and characteristics of entrepreneurship tacit knowledge, the paper puts forward the main approaches for the undergraduates' entrepreneurship tacit knowledge learning such as case teaching, mentoring teaching and establishing entrepreneurial learning community.
