摘要
我国中小学校长的专业化培训长期存在"低能效"问题,表现为:相关学科和专业建设较为薄弱,培训方案设计、课程设置与培训方式选择忽视校长发展阶段不同需求,缺少针对校长职业理想与职业道德教育、增强校长教书育人、管理育人的责任感和使命感的培训内容,校长培训专职师资队伍整体素质不高,校长专业成长科学研究开展不足,尚未实现促进校长专业发展的目标等。《义务教育学校校长专业标准(试行)》则针对这些问题确定了我国中小学校长的"胜任力模型"。以此为指导,开展"基于胜任力"的校长培训的研究和实践,将有助于寻找上述诸多问题的答案。
Low efficiency is a problem long - time existing in Chinese principals' professional train- ing, such as we need to strengthen related disciplines and professional building, make up the train- ing scheme, curriculum and teaching methods according to the needs of different principles, pay more attention to principles ' idea and sense of responsibility, enhance the training teachers' profes- sional qualities and the research on principals' professional development etc.. the professional standards of compulsory education school principal confirms the competency model of Chinese com- pulsory education school principals. According to this standards to implement the training for princi- pals would conduce to look for the answers to the questions above - mentioned.
