摘要
烷基芳基醚结构广泛存在于天然和人工药物中,Pd催化的脂肪醇的芳基化反应是合成这类化合物的重要方法之一.重点综述了成功运用于脂肪醇的C—O偶联反应的四大类配体,对C—O偶联反应的应用进行了概述,对该类反应研究前景也进行了展望.
Aromatic ethers of aliphatic alcohols represent an important structural motif in many naturally occurring and medicinally relevant compounds. Palladium-catalyzed aliphatic alcohol arylation is a kind of important methods to access them. This review focuses on four types of phosphorus ligands successfully employed in C--O cross coupling reactions of aliphatic alcohols. The applications of C--O cross coupling reactions are summarized and the reaction potential research areas are also discussed.
