摘要
针对航运企业外派人员工作环境的特殊性,设计一套多层次关键业绩指标体系,在此基础上结合模糊数学理论建立多层次模糊综合评价模型,将考核指标作定量化处理,并运用情境指标对考核结果加以修正。还以外派高级船员为例验证该模型的有效性,以期为航运企业外派人员绩效考核的理论和实践提供一些新的思路和方法。
According to special working environment of shipping enterprises expatriates, a multilevel key performance sys tem is designed for them. Combined with the theories of fuzzy mathematics, a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established, which transforms the appraisal index to quantitative ones and revises the appraisal results by environ mental index. In addition, the article takes senior officers as an example to verify the validity of this model, which is to provide a new idea and method for the research and practical work of shipping enterprises expatriates' performance apprais al.
