天津市低碳交通发展模型及目标策略研究

Study on Low Carbon Traffic Development Model and Target Strategy in Tianjin

紧密结合天津市交通的现状,构建低碳交通模型,量化天津市特定不同交通类型的碳排放量,同时分析天津市近年来不同交通类型碳排放量增减状况、对比分析与其他城市同期碳排放状况,在此基础上,应用情景预测分析法,建构未来天津市低碳交通体系的目标情景,提出低碳交通发展的相关对策,以期为天津市低碳示范试点城市建设提供有益的借鉴。

Based on the establishment of low carbon transport model, the paper quantitatively analyzes the carbon emis sions from cityg traffic different types and calculates the trend of increase or decrease of carbon emissions from different traf fic type in the same period, by which the problems and trends from carbon emissions to transportation could be recognized and therefore the relevant suggestions would be put forward for regional low carbon development in Tianjin.
