总结分析目前我国农村信息服务平台的发展现状以及存在的主要问题,解析三网融合促进农业农村信息化的作用途径,提出基于"三网融合"的农村信息服务平台设计原则与思路,同时提出平台建设的制度保障机制,以保证农村信息服务平台健康可持续发展。

The rural information service in China is an important content of the construction of rural informatization, the pa per analyzed the development situation and the main problems of the rural information service platform, the pathways o pro mote the agricultural and rural informatization, and proposed the principles and ideas inconstrueting the rural information service platform based on the triple play, and at the same time puts forward the security mechanism to construct the platform in order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the rural information service platform.
