摘要 首先以MRO企业的立场出发,利用平衡计分卡对供应商评价指标进行分析总结,并制定出一套指标体系。接着对指标之间的相互关系进一步分析,并利用ANP方法计算出各个指标对于决策者的重要度。最后依据本文建立的供应商熵值计算公式计算出每位供应商对应的状态熵,依据状态熵的分布选取出合理的供应商。通过仿真实验的结果说明论文所采用的方法对于供应商选择具有一定的指导作用。 The paper firstly summarizes the indexes of the supplier evaluation by balanced score card from the standpoint of MRO enterprise to establish a set of index system. Then the relationship between the indexes is further analyzed, and the weights of the index are also calculated by using ANP method. Finally the paper calculates the state entropy of each suppli- er by established formula, and then chooses the reasonable supplier according to the distribution of the state entropy. The method adopted by the paper is of certain guidance to the selection of suppliers according to the simulation experiments.
