摘要
针对流体动力润滑系统,建立薄膜厚度方程、薄膜压力方程、作用力方程、能量方程以及薄膜对可倾板的力矩方程,通过量纲一化进行数值分析;提出速度因子的概念,分析速度因子与相关参数间的关系。研究表明,在稳定运行的流体动力润滑系统中,速度因子与外载荷成正比,与黏度、板宽、板长的平方成反比;速度因子与上板速度的大小无关;流体薄膜中的温度分布与速度因子成正比例关系,与上板速度大小无关。
The equations of film thickness, film pressure, film force, film energy and moment of film on a tilting pad in hydrodynamic lubricative system were set up and numerically analyzed. A concept of speed factor was presented, and the relationship of speed factor and related parameters was studied. The results indicate that the speed factor is directly propor tional to the load and inversely proportional to the liquid viscosities and the geometric size of the planks and not relative to the speed of the moving plank. The temperature of film is directly proportional to the speed factor and not relative to the speed of the moving plank.
