含氮磷酸酯的合成及其极压抗磨性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以混合脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和五氧化二磷为原料,合成含氮磷酸酯型极压抗磨添加剂——脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯,并对反应产物中各组分含量进行检测,通过正交实验确定最优反应条件。将所得产物添加到150SN基础油中,通过四球机试验测试其极压抗磨性能,并与传统P系极压抗磨剂T306进行对比。结果表明:合成的脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯添加剂能显著改善润滑油的极压抗磨性能,其抗磨效果要优于T306,且具有良好的防锈蚀性能。 Nitrogen-containing phosphate type antiwear additive, fatty acid diethanolamide phosphate was synthesized with mixed fatty acid diethanolamide and phosphoric anhydride as raw materials, its composition was tested, and the optimal process was obtained by orthogonal test. The antiwear properties of the synthesized additive in 150SN base oil was tested by four ball tester, and compared with traditional antiwear additive 3306. The results show that the synthesized additive shows a better ability in improving the extreme pressure and antiwear properties of lube oil, and it has a good antirust property.
