摘要
分析总酸值在状态监测中对油液氧化情况不能有效反映的原因,提出以抗氧化性代替油中酸性物质含量作为反映油品劣化与油液有效剩余寿命的指标。针对实际工况下采集的3种不同配方的在用润滑油,分析红外光谱T501含量与旋转氧弹2个抗氧化性指标的关系。结果表明:酚类抗氧剂含量与旋转氧弹相关性强,能够有效反映油液的抗氧化能力,并且不同的油液添加剂配方有着不同的关系模型。
The reason that total acid number can not effectively reflect the oxidation state of the oil in condition momto ring was analyze. The method using the antioxidation ability instead of acidic substances content as an indicator of oil dete rioration and oil remain valid life was put forward. For three different formulations of lubricants in use collected under actu al operating conditions, the relationship of two antioxidant indexes, the content of T501 by infrared spectrum and rotating pressure vessel oxidation test( RPVOT)value was analyzed. The results show that the content of phenolic antioxidant has strong relation with RPVOT and can effectively reflect the antioxidant capacity of oil. Different oil additive formulations have different relational models.
