摘要
针对碳纤维牵伸室饱和蒸汽的泄漏问题,利用迷宫原理,提出2种方案对牵伸室入口、出口处密封结构进行改进,采用Fluent软件计算改进前后密封装置的蒸汽泄漏量,得出密封装置的最优结构,并通过实验验证密封装置的可行性。实验结果表明:仅在碳纤维牵伸室入口或出口安装迷宫密封即可满足密封要求,并使牵伸室饱和蒸汽泄漏量减少了20%以上。
To improve the st forward for the improvement of was calculated for the sealing d eam leakage in the carbon fiber drafting sealing structure in the entrance and exit room, two plans based on maze principle was put of carbon fiber drafting room. The leakage of steam evice before and after improvement based on Fluent, and the optimal structure of the sealing device was obtained. The feasibility of the sealing device was verified through the experiments. The experimental results show that the sealing requirement can be met only installing a labyrinth seal in the entrance or exit of carbon fiber drafting room ,which can reduce the leakage of saturated steam by 20% in the carbon fiber drafting room.
