摘要 分析热轧精轧机油膜轴承润滑系统在使用过程中出现的供油压力波动大、系统油箱进水等常见问题,并提出相应的解决办法,如通过提高压力调节阀的响应速度,保持了供油压力的稳定;通过增设水分检测仪和定期排水减少了润滑油含水量。 The common problems such as oil supply pressure fluctuation and water leaking into oil tank were analyzed for oil film bearing lubrication system of hot finishing mill. The corresponding solutions were put forward, such that the stability of oil supply pressure was maintained by improving the response speed of pressure regulating valve, and water content in the lubricating oil was decreased by adding moisture testing device and regular drainage.
